James Horner, who composed scores for Titanic, Braveheart and Apollo 13, died on Monday after his plane crashed in southern California, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He was 61.
Horner, an avid flyer, was piloting the small plane when it crashed approximately 60 miles north of Santa Barbara.
