A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a defamation lawsuit that had been filed against Bill Cosby by one of the women accusing the comedian of sexual assault, TheWrap reports.
Renita Hill, who filed the lawsuit against Cosby last October, was a cast member on Cosby's educational show Picture Pages,
