Barry (Grant Gustin) will have a new speedster to face off against this fall when The Flash returns. Vampire Diaries alum Todd Lasance has landed the role of The Rival. According to TVLine, Lasance will make his debut as the black-clad speedster in The Flash's Season 3 premiere.
