The hip-hop queen released the music video for "B---- Better Have My Money," and it outlines -- in horrifying detail -- what the "American Oxygen" singer will do to you if you owe her.
As the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con is now less than a week away, the studios are gearing up to show off what they have to offer in the worlds of science fiction, fantasy, romance, adventure and, of course, superheroics. With Marvel’s Cinematic Universe skipping this year (the TV shows will represent), Warner Bros. and DC are naturally going big with their efforts. Some new images from Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice have emerged via Entertainment Weekly.
As you’ll know by now, the film finds Kal-El (Henry Cavill) going toe-to-toe (or cape-to-cowl) with Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) as a world-weary Batman decides that Superman is just too much of a threat to ignore. And while the idea of Bats taking on Supes would seem to be along the lines of a bicycle battling a tank, Wayne is coming loaded for alien bear, with a reinforced suit that enhances his strength and some handy Kryptonite for making the fight a little more equal.
Also present? Wonder Woman, played here by Gal Gadot, and seen in the picture swanking it up in Diana Prince mode, attracting the attention of Bruce. “I love the fact that there was this Thomas Crowne Affair, Bond-y sexy scene that they wrote about two people who are pretending to be two different people who each know the secrets of the other person,” Affleck tells EW.
And of course, while Batman and Superman are destined to become besties (all right, colleagues) in the Justice League, there is a real threat present in the film, with Jesse Eisenberg playing classic villain Lex Luthor, here a billionaire who can apparently afford hair. Which will be gone soon enough. For more from the movie, head to EW’s site.
With Zack Snyder once again marshalling the madness and Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher and more expected on screen, Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice will be out on March 25 next year.
According to Deadline, the film – adapted from Sarah Isaias’ book A New Song – is in the style of movies such as Romancing The Stone and North By Northwest. It finds an unlikely pair racing to find a sacred Dead Sea Scroll hidden in the ancient city of Petra, Jordan.
The cameras have already rolled on the movie, which also features Alfonso Bassave, Ron Guttman, Glenn Fleshler, Darby Stanchfield and Nadim Sawalha, and was shot on location.
As to when the film will be out, that’s anyone’s guess, though it could show up before the end of the year. Katic will shortly be back on her TV day job and has also worked on romantic drama The Tourist. Jaffrey, who has appeared on Elementary, most recently shot US medical drama Code Black.
Sandra Bullock says she's terrified about raising her 5-year-old son in a world where women are attacked so openly in the media.
The Minions star recently told E! that she's continually "shocked" by the treatment of women in her industry, and believes it's "harming girls and women in a way, at a
With the show arriving at the end of the month on Netflix, Wet Hot American Summer prequel First Day Of Camp has brought a full trailer online. And – joy! – it’s a thing of comedy beauty.
While the movie took place on the last day of camp in the summer of 1981, the show, as you might be able to guess, takes place on the first. And despite the idea of the Camp Firewood ensemble largely playing teenagers being part of the joke, they all look pretty darned good.
Talking of, pretty much the entire original cast – which included Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler, Elizabeth Banks, Bradley Cooper, Christopher Meloni, H. Jon Benjamin (who is promoted from voicing a can of veggies in the film to appearing in the series, seen giving out the rules of camp “no dry humping. No necking. No wet humping…”) and Molly Shannon – is back for this one, with a host of new additions that include Chris Pine, Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig, Jason Schwartzman, Michaela Watkins, John Slattery, Josh Charles, Randall Park, Jayma Mays, Lake Bell, Paul Scheer, Rob Huebel and Richard Schiff.
Subtlety has never exactly been the name of the game for the Wet Hot team, and the series, based on the evidence of this trailer, aims to keep up the madness full tilt, including what appears to be an Under Siege/Steven Seagal parody plotline for Meloni’s chef Gene and Paul Rudd’s Andy in typically boastful, rebellious form. The credit run at the end is something to behold.
The series arrives on the streaming service on July 31. Best buy your insect repllent now. But don't spray it on Rudd. Because he's ANT-MAN. GEDDIT? ANYONE? HELLO?
