Everything Wrong With Noah In One 13 Minute Diatribe

Noah divided audiences and critics alike upon its release. While some saw Darren Aronofsky's biblical epic as an intimate, art-house blockbuster, others simply believed that it was a convoluted nonsense. CinemaSins are here to help the naysayers with a 13-minute video that explains everything that's wrong with Noah. You can check out their issues below. According to CinemaSins, Noah ultimately committed 131 offenses. But what were its biggest flaws? Well, there was actually quite a lot to pick from, so you better strap in. The LEGO Movie Directors May Make An Animated Spider-Man Film, Get The Details

Filmmakers Phil Lord and Chris Miller have created a very solid working relationship with the folks over at Sony. Not only did they make both of the incredibly successful 21 Jump Street movies working for the studio, but they also first directed, then produced, respectively, the Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs films for Sony Pictures Animation. Everything has worked out pretty great when the two sides have worked together in the past, so it makes a degree of sense that the company might be willing to trust the duo with piece of its biggest superhero property. The Wall Street Journal ...

Here's How Marvel Has Been Trying To Get Spider-Man Back

In the months since the underwhelming performance of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 at the box office this past summer, we have seen an increase in the number of internet rumors suggesting that a possible deal could be worked out between Sony and Marvel Studios that would see the web-slinger be introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While it remains unclear if that could or will ever actually happen, it now has been confirmed that those inter-studio conversations are very real. Going through information that has been leaked as a result of the Sony Pictures hack, The Wall Street Journal has picked ...

James Bond's Latest, Spectre, Reveals Unusual, Familiar Co-Star On First Day Of Filming

One of the most lasting images frrom Sam Mendes' Skyfall was of s tiny, porcelain, Union Jack-covered bulldog. The relic - which originates from World War II - was one of the few things that survived the explosion in M's office, and was used rather perfectly symbolically throughout the film. It was a wonderful touch to include in the 23rd James Bond adventure, and it looks like it will be back for number 24. To mark the start of production on Spectre, the official James Bond Twitter page has posted a special announcement message and photo - and featured along with ...

Martin Campbell Directing Sebastian X

Martin Campbell Directing Sebastian X

He's set for the graphic novel adaptation

Martin-Campbell-Sebastian-X

We’re still waiting to see another big screen effort from Casino Royale man Martin Campbell – when your most recent film is the drubbed Green Lantern, it makes sense that you’d carefully select your next project. So while several possibilities are still in the air, he’s taking his time. Campbell has just added another potential film, teaming up with producer Gale Anne Hurd for an adaptation of the graphic novel Sebastian X .

Déjà Vu writer Bill Marsillii is the man they’ve hired to write the script, adapting the title from French comics publisher Humanoids. Writer Michelangelo La Neve and artist Stuart Immonen concocted the graphic novel’s story, which sees an elite cop badly injured on a mission. As he recovers, he’s implanted with the memories of a terrorist so he can infiltrate the man’s gang before a planned attack.

Voltage Pictures is also backing this one, alongside Hurd’s Valhalla Pictures. It’s not the first time the director and producer have worked together: she produced his 1994 thriller No Escape. This new film will go into his box of potential films, which also includes Hunter Killer, The Dive and Umbra. And he has just completed a new assignment, a TV Movie called Warriors about military medical staff helping wounded troops returning from Afghanistan.
